Referring to conversation on date 28/04/2016 with Guide Dao by Khun Angkana Thamsukulwong as Front Office Supervisor which concerned the customer of ITC Group Period 27-28/04/2016
9.20 AM. A waitress of the hotel was found a money amount of 7000 bath at the restaurant and brings to the front desk.
09.30 AM. After that we informed HR to turn on the CCTV, which was a customer of the ICT Group to drop to the ground.
10.00 AM we coordinate the IT manager to print out the picture of customers for evidence. We had been informed Guide Dao that someone in ICT Group who make money drop to the ground by not telling the amount found.
10.20 AM Guide Dao was called to inform that customers drop by to get a money back and Guide Dao inform will take personal money to the customer first. And will take the money customers next time ( Khun Angkana Thamsuklwong as Front Office Supervisor talk with Khun Dao as Guide ITC.)
11.00 AM Guide Dao will pick up the money customers lost with Khun Angkana Thamsukulwong as Front Office Supervisor provides 7000 THB.
