Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanic Engineering or Managerial Accounting.
Experience in automotive manufacturing environment (logistics functions preferably) 2-3 years in MNC.
Initiative thinking with strong communication skills.
Strong in written and verbal communication in English. (Japanese preferably)
Have advance excel knowledge. (Preferably)
Flexible to work effectively in a changing environment.
Can drive a car for long distance (Cholburi, Rayong)

Responsibilities
Generate cost reduction ideas and drive for idea achievement of yearly and mid-term plan target for Spare parts cost reduction with each division under GPA office and OAS office.
Co-work with OEM cost reduction team (CIP) for common OEM cost reduction ideas & apply OEM cost reduction into Spare parts ie; Localization, Specification changing with quality optimization, Variation reduction/Unification, Logistics and Packaging improvement, Parts benchmarking, Workshop in production line, etc.
Conduct the following cross-functional activities in association with Company cost reduction team which be assigned in other divisions and departments continuously.
Supplier workshop planning and execution
Cost analysis and verification, Cost benchmarking in association with P&S
Expansion of MMC Spare parts cost reduction idea to MMTh
Tracking the progress of merit achievement and report the performance to CGM/SE by monthly.
Prepare database for cost reduction ideas and merit achievement.
