Cabin Crew Training Manager
Key Accountabilities:
Training & Development:
Ensure that the curriculum and training programme complies with regulatory requirements
Responsible for service and soft skills training including mandatory and on-the-job training
Carry out assessing and testing of cabin crew as required by the local Authority
Maintenance and upkeep of training manuals and records
Ensure SEP training compliance for audits
Identify performance gaps
Instructional design to bridge performance gaps.
Manages training budgets and plans
Leadership development of ranking crew and Team Leaders
Training Needs Assessment of line crew to meet changing customer expectations
On-the-Job development of line crew
Crew Discipline during training
Trainers management
Ensure trainers are current and approved by TDCA
Evaluation of training and performance management of trainers
Develop current and new trainers with growth of Company
Training Administration
Manage all outsourcing trainings and conduct regular audits of 3rd parties and venues
Maintaining of all relevant Training Records of all cabin crew
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with minimum 7 years of work experience, of which 4 years should be in training and/or learning and development management.
Cabin crew experience of at least 4 years preferred
Training/Teaching certification will be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines on several projects
Excellent Communication skills both Thai and English.
