1.15 To allow the Landlord or anyone within the Landlords permission to enter the Property at
reasonable times of the day to inspect its condition and state of repair, carry out any necessary

repairs and inspections, or to show the Property to prospective new tenants or agents. In respect to
all communal areas of the Property to allow entry without notice and in respect of the Tenant’s
particular bedroom to allow entry provided the Landlord has given 24 hours’ notice (except in case
of emergency).
1.16 The tenants must take steps to ensure that the pipes or water systems do not freeze, over periods
during the tenancy where the property is left unoccupied
1.17 Not to keep or allow to be kept or use any paraffin heater, portable gas heater or liquefied
petroleum gas heater nor to store petroleum spirit or paraffin
