Antibacterial / Leaves: Study investigated the antimicrobial properties of Ficus pseudopalma leaf extracts and its solvent fractions. Chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions exhibited active antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis and partial activity against Staph aureus and S. epidermidis. All extracts exhibited no antibacterial activity against Gram-negative bacteria.
