We have history of post-partum hemorrhage in 5 cases (2.3%), prolonged labor in 18 cases (8.2%), use of utero-inhibitors agents in 13 cases (5.9%), Newborn weight >4.0 kg in 10 cases (4.5%), polyhydramnios in 2 cases (0.9%), and multiple pregnancy in 19 (8.8%) cases.
Forty nine percent of the cases had grade II postpartum hemorrhage, and 16.5% had massive, grade IV postpartum hemorrhage (Table 4).
