To get started, click "Sell" at the top of our home page, and then click the "List your item" button. Choose a category for your listing by searching or browsing. The category is the area of the site where your listing will appear. Choose the most relevant category for your item.
You may be given 2 choices for listing your item:

The simple form is a user-friendly way to start selling and, as you get more comfortable with listing items, you may want to try the form with more listing choices. This gives a wider range of options, including ways to make your item more visible in listings.
Here's a quick introduction to the sections of the form you'll need to fill out. You'll find lots of "Get Help" links and question mark (?) icons along the way as you fill in the form.
-- Title and description: Be clear, complete and descriptive. Your title should include words buyers will use when searching for your item. Your description should be clear and complete, but you can also be creative, telling the history of your item or uses for it.
-- Pictures: Show off your item with vivid pictures. You should always use pictures of the actual item and never copy stock images from the Internet.
-- Selling format: You can create an auction-style or fixed price listing.
-- Pricing and duration: What will your starting price be? How long do you want your listing to run? How many items are you selling? Would you like to use a reserve price or sell with a Buy It Now price?
