Summary of Job:

The FAS technician will be responsible for InkJet technical assistance to Thai and SSEA FERRO customers.

Responsibilities:

• Technical assistance for Thai and SSEA customers.
• Create new tiles for supporting to local and oversea customers.
• Ensure that computers, plotter, 3D Scanner & Engraving Machine assigned to the FAS department are well kept safe, properly maintained and always in optimal working conditions.
• Assist Technical and Sales & Marketing team to fulfill customer’s expectation.
• Responsible of preparing finish tiles with the aim of facilitate promotion of Ferro Product portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic or Chemical or Electronic Engineering / Science
• Command of the English language verbal and written.
• Available for traveling outside Thailand.
• If candidate has experience for ceramics or tile manufacturing, this is advantage.
• Knowledge about Industrial Ceramic Tile manufacturing processes. (Advantage)

- สร้างกระเบื้องใหม่เพื่อรองรับลูกค้าภายในและต่างประเทศ
- ให้แน่ใจว่า คอมพิวเตอร์ พล็อตเตอร์สแกนเนอร์ 3 มิติเครื่องแกะสลัก&มอบหมายให้แผนก FAS เก็บไว้อย่างดี ปลอดภัย รักษาอย่างถูกต้องและเสมอในการทำงานที่เหมาะสม .
- ช่วยเหลือทางด้านเทคนิคและการขาย&ทีมการตลาดเพื่อตอบสนองความคาดหวังของลูกค้า .
- รับผิดชอบเตรียมเสร็จสิ้นกระเบื้องที่มีจุดมุ่งหมายของการช่วยส่งเสริมผลงานผลิตภัณฑ์เหล็ก

- ปริญญาตรี เป็นเซรามิค หรือ เคมี หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ /
- คำสั่งของภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวาจาและลายลักษณ์อักษร
- สามารถเดินทางนอกประเทศไทย .
- ถ้าผู้สมัครมีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตกระเบื้องเซรามิกหรือ นี้เป็นประโยชน์ .
- ความรู้กระบวนการเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมกระเบื้องเซรามิก ผลิต ( ประโยชน์ )
