This whole episode is so inefficient and not reliable . You fail in providing good service to customers.
I had to send several emails, contact Thailand Post who then ask me to contact their delivery center.
The courier just handed the parcel to the building reception which handed to the mail room.
We gave clear instruction to the courier to hand over the document to the office as stated in the address.
What if the passport got lost or misplaced?
No call from anyone to say that the parcel has been sent.
I hope other customers do not go through the same.
