In violation of the WSI code: The facility has no sufficient grievance reporting and
handling policy, which should include, at a minimum:
i. Multiple channels for workers to raise their concerns and provide input to
management. For example: grievance/suggestion boxes, supervisors/team leaders,
HR department/counsellors, trade union/worker representatives, “open door”
policies, company “hotlines”, third-party representatives, worker committees,
meetings between management and worker representatives, etc.
