We employ a wide variety of approaches to listen to consumers and customers to determine their needs and priorities. Table 3.2.1 depicts the various ongoing techniques used and their purpose. Obtaining data from customers is less formal because we have daily contact with many of them. However, we also employ the listening/learning approaches shown in Table 3.2.1.
We also evaluate consumer trends and obtain data from veterinarians, breeders, and key influential on regular basis.
