Ask them how many different types of questions are there that one could ask the customer? Wait for answers. They would have also covered this topic sometime in the past.
Introduce the slide and start with the first type of questions:
Open questions - An Open question requests information in a way that requires a fuller answer than a simple YES or a NO. As a result of asking open questions we should be able to gain enough information to give the caller a solution to a particular problem, or at least be in a position to offer a better option.
