It's a grounding issue, and I've seen it on other DNA models.
It could be the coil leads aren't tight enough.
It could be the 510 connection is poor at the base of the RDA or the MOD
It could be a poorly grounded wire inside the box itself.
The best way to check is to either try the RDA on another mod and see if it works, or try another rda on the DNA to see if it works.
That will narrow down if the issue is the box or the atomizer.
Once you know which hardware is the root of the issue, you can troubleshoot backwards from the 510 up to the coils, or down to the wiring.
