Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for overall sell-in and sell-out activities for assigned accounts to ensure that the agreed target is achieved.
• Provide valuable and relevant information for management to strategic decision on assigned accounts.
• Manage Field force team by co-coordinating with GTM team
• Co-manage Promoter and RSA with GTM team to ensure effective sales through at shop front.
• Implement and control POP ,POS, Mockup and display quality to be conformed with Merchandising Guide line.
• Assist Promoter and RSA to solve day to day problem.
• Work with product, retail team to create more opportunity for sales
• Analyze the market trends and sales performance for all improvement in order to be competitive in the market
• Plan and set up effective sales and marketing strategies
