Should Atos suffer loss or incur extra expense or should the extent of the Service be
increased by reason of any delay, variation, interruption or suspension of the Service
arising from any act or omission of the Client, its servants, agents or sub-contractors, or
delay or failure by the Client to comply with any of its obligations contained in this
Agreement, including the timely provision of the services, such loss or expense may be
added by Atos to its invoices and shall be paid by the Client accordingly.
18.2 Atos will use reasonable endeavours to complete the Service or any part of it by any dates
quoted for such completion but any such dates are estimates only.
