1. How to access Formatting Options Using the Mini Toolbar?
When the text has been selected, Mini toolbar can be hide or show, which guides you to work with alignment, fonts, indenting, text color and bullets.
Note: Mini toolbar cannot be customized.
Access Formatting Option
In Microsoft Excel 2007 click on the Microsoft Office Button or In Microsoft Excel
2010 click on the green file tab, and then hit Excel Options.
Click on Popular, and then below Top options for working with Microsoft Excel,
remove the check box right after Mini Toolbar on selection.
2. Use the grouping method to change cells in many worksheets .
You can group together all or some of the worksheets in an Excel workbook. The benefit of creating worksheet groupings is that you can formatting, create formulas and preform multi group actions on all the worksheets at the same time. How to use grouping method
1. Start Excel 2007 / 10, and open a workbook that includes various worksheets that you would like to group together.
2. Choose the 1st tab of the sheet that you would like to add in the group of worksheets.
4. Hold down the CTRL key and with the help of your mouse click on the other sheet(s) that you would like to add to the group. Do this until all the sheet tabs are selected that you want to add in the group. The highlighted sheet tabs will see as white. The word 'group ' enclosed in square brackets will appear in the workbook title at the top of your Excel application window.
5. Let go the CTRL key when you hve completed selecting the worksheets required. When you select the worksheets they were automatically grouped. Note again, that the tile workbook title bar changed to "(group)" alongside the name of the file.
6. Now perform the required action in one worksheet, and the other worksheets
in the group will update with this action.
