Meen
1. Airport Codes
a. Meen has started adding the airport names, along with the country, to the flight schedule directory in the Sept issue. In the October issue she will complete it.
2. Press Releases
a. She has sent out emails to many airlines offering to give them complimentary coverage as long as they send us content within our deadline. There are about 20 airlines that have not received our email due to misspelled emails perhaps. She and Karn are following up on this.
3. Directory
a. Hotel section is now updated.
b. Next she will update the golf section for the October issue.
c. She will select another section to update for the November issue.
4. Website
a. From now on Meen will check the website regularly to make sure that the content on the site is updated. She will send our updated directory sections to Neil to upload to the site. She will contact airline country managers, as well as other interesting people and arrange for interviews of them. Those interviews will be posted to the website regularly. Some interviews can be done via email where she can send Questions to them and they can send Answers and photos back to us. The target will be to upload something new every day.

Rin
1. Is discussing with P’ Earth to contact the Sales Manager of Air Sea Guide to consider coming to work for us. (K. Boontieng)
2. Is contacting airlines and travel agencies to sell our new marketing promotions.
3. Will make a list of all potential advertisers and will report on a weekly basis the progress of contacting each one and the results.
4. She will email all airlines to offer the Front Cover of TAT Oct and Nov issues for a special price. Percy or Ankita will draft the letter for her.
Phim
1. She is working on renewing expired subscriptions.
2. She is contacting hospitals and clinics to sell subscriptions.
3. She has the contacts of 120 Rotary Club members and she is now contacting them to sell subscriptions.
4. She has received an approval from the post office for the pre-paid postage where we need to deposit 4,000 Baht and each time someone use this service, they will deduct from our deposit.
5. P’ Rin will select a survey customer to give a voucher away.
