It's status of last night.
1. Winai from IBM come to DTS without the detail of this task from central IBM. he said that "he tried to contact to central IBM many time for the task detail but, don't get any feedback. and I don't understand their process.
2. He has no any document about dial plan, corrective requirement and so on. He said that he should has and check all detail before the migration like last time that he build up our telephone system in a new plant".
3. After he standby on site and start the process at 06.00 pm (THA time). He talked to Nelu (central IBM). he support Nelu do the task but, after 2 hours passed he just finished the configured to 2 phones by manually.
4. Winai said " normally the configuration files should be done on the template they just upload to the server and change some information not for all and not manually".
5. I discussed with Winai for next plan. We have to prepare all of the documents and corrective all information before starting the migration and Winai should support us to check the detail because he is specialist of IBM Thailand and he knew our system (DRX site) . And he should has more task detail from IBM central (IBM site). From the last night, I just support IBM. I think our data that we surveyed together are coverage but, I don't why Winai doesn't has the detail from IBM central.
6. My opinion we should preparing all necessary data and check the correctly and plan to migrate in another weeks.
It's the situation and our opinion. Maybe you can rearrange give to Tobias and talk to IBM. some word it might be badly.
