Attention: Mr Banyawat yotyiam
I am writing you in respect of the Consignment box from your sister (Ms Jennifer Roberts ) to deliver to you in Thailand. My flight was on transit in India, i tried calling you at the moment but there was a network problem. That as i was waiting in the departure entrance in checking in for the next available flight to (Bangkok City), i had a problem with the Indian Custom Officers, When they were checking in passengers, they kept me and the brief case box and said that the box weighed more than it should weigh of a normal brief case box, They asked me to open the box ,so that they will see the content of the box, I told them that i don't have the security code to the box, that the box contains a family treasure and a bunch of valuable documents, for business deal and they told me that they have encountered such problems before in the airport where by terrorist use the same way to smuggle guns and ammunition, along with money. So they decided to scan the box for them to fully verified what exactly is inside the box, and they later found out that it was a foreign currency ($) through their x-ray scanning machine right here in the airport, but i didn't open the brief case box for them to actually know the amount,
They wanted to detained me in their custody, but due to the law of the U.N Registration Certificate which was covering the consignment box, and the position of my job, they asked me to registered the briefcase in order for them to set a stamp duty approval certificate that the content inside the box will not be use for terrorist act or to sponsor any drugs businesses in Thailand before they can allow me to move with the next available flight to Bangkok. I began to negotiate with them, and they set a fee of India currency equivalent of $2,250 USD for the registration of the briefcase box as a prove that the content in the briefcase is genuine and will not be used for any terrorist act. I tried my possible best to paid the amount without needing any of your help, but just to found out that my Master Card was not working here in India. So i used this means in reaching you in order for you to pay for the stamp duty fee so that i will be able to proceed to meet with you in Bangkok. My flight reached India 12:15 AM (India Time). Below is the necessary document that will be issued for the registration of the briefcase box in order for me to proceed with the next available flight to Thailand (Bangkok City).
