Parkell offers a 45 or 90 day risk-free trial period on most of our products, as noted on each product page. Parkell’s risk-free trial
period is designed to encourage dentists to see how products work in their own hands. The program only applies to products
purchased for the first time, and only to products purchased directly from Parkell. “On trial” products must be returned punctually
within the trial period allowed. Unless carefully packed in the original inner and outer packaging (or equivalent), the return will
not be accepted by us.Returns & Repairs
Repairs:
If your Parkell device needs repair, we will strive to have it fixed and on its way back to you as quickly as possible. Nearly all
electronic devices sent to us for repair are fixed and on their way back within 72 hours after we receive customer approval to
make the repair.
Most repairs are done at no charge for parts and labor because of the 5-year warranty that we offer on nearly all of our devices.
This warranty applies to items purchased for use in the United States and Canada only. Hoses, handpieces and cords are covered
with a 1-year warranty. If the warranty doesn’t apply, you’ll be happy to know that our service charges are very modest.
To send your device in for repair, please download the Repair Service Form, complete it and enclose it along with the device.
Returns:
If you need to return your Parkell product, the procedure is very simple. First, make sure to contact us before you send the item
in so that we can make arrangements on our end. Next, we ask that you please prepay the shipping charges and carefully pack
the product so as to prevent damage during transit. We do not accept packages sent to us with freight/postage collect and failure
to properly protect the returned item will void its warranty. Lastly, when you send a product back to us, kindly include a brief
note explaining the problem.
