Conventional
root zone systems using multilayered bed consisting of
stones to muds have (0.5e1 m depth) resulted in a poorly presumable
root growth because the plant roots find it difficult to push
through such a bed; the system performs the anaerobic micro-sites
to develop (Valipour et al., 2009); aerobic process only predominates
near roots. The aerobic bacteria because they grow
faster than anaerobic cousins, are actually more practical and more
convenient for treatment performance.
