Date requirement. Should the DATE on the tax invoice be the date the order is shipped or the date it is processed and payment collected?
· Signature requirement. How many signature lines should we include (Authorized signature for LifeVantage (Thailand) Company Limited, Signature for whoever fills the order, signature for whoever collects the money, signature for the distributor/customer)? What about those orders that are made online? Who should sign the invoice then? Will we include one scanned signature for an authorized representative of the office, or do we wish to leave the signature blank and let whoever fills the order sign the invoice?
· Head Office/Branch No requirement. Should we include ‘Head Office’ under the Seller’s name and address? Should we leave this requirement blank for the purchaser?
· Tax Invoice Numbers. Do you have any preferences for how the Tax Invoices are numbered?
