Blank solution
To 10 ml of the cold deassed beer in a 100 ml volumetric flask add 0.5 ml of starch indicator then carefully add 0.025 mol/litre of iodine solution dropwisefrom a 1 ml pipette until the blueish colour persists. Add one drop in excess make up to volume with water and mix thoroughly. When the blud colour has faded pipette 25 ml and proceed as in section
