We recall very clearly how WearYouWant requested Kangzen to pay 100% of the costs to repair A/Cs in our office due to the high costs of continued repair of old units in your rental space. The reply was that we could only renew with the same conditions as before (which clearly have been defined by actions as a 50/50 split of repair costs).
Now you are stating that the landlord does not wish to pay 50% of the repair cost and we (CEO Julien is ccd) would like to know on what contractual grounds you are making such a statement? WearYouWant has an agreement that the landlord will pay 50% of the cost.
We currently have costs of 3.400 THB (100% of repair) that are being repaired and expect your cooperation to either reimburse WYW via a rent deposit deduction or to handle 50% of the cost directly with the supplier – which solution does Kangzen prefer?
I hope all of this is only a simple mis-understanding.
