At Date 25 July 2014 The lessee give a deposit in the amount of Bath 17,000 (One thousand and seven thousand baht) as security for any damage or loss the Lessor may suffer due to the breach, non-performance
or non-observance by the lessee of any convenants herein contained. When this agreement ends and there is no damage to the Premises, The Lessor shall refund the deposit to the Lessee immediately.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the termination of this agreement is not caused by the Lessee’s fault, the deposit sall be refunded to the Lessee in full immediately after the Termination date of this agreement
This agreement is prepared in duplicate identical wording. Both parties have read and fully Understand it s contents and agree to comply with tis terms and conditions. The Lessor and the Lessee are to keep one signed copy each.
In WITNESS HEREOF, both parties have hereunder affixed their signatures and official Stamp (if applicable) in the presence of witnesses of witnesses on the date and at the place first above Written.
Lessor rents the house assuming that all electricity , plumbing, and water system are well working at the time of
Rental. But if there are problems with the electricity, plumbing, or water system, the lessor will take full reponsiblilty and fix within 5 days.
