This Co-operative education Report presents the experience garnered during my 16 weeks of traffic officer training at EVA AIRWAYS. Which is a part of course code 1210405 in second semester of academic year 2015, Mae Fah Luang University. It has been a great period of experience to have a career opportunity with EVA AIRWAYS. EVA has ensured quality, smooth ongoing operations and reduced costs by investing capital and expertise in airline-related companies, including Evergreen Sky Catering Corporation, Evergreen Airline Services Corporation, Evergreen Air Cargo Services Corporation, and other selected subsidiaries. Operating strategies developed by the carrier are far-reaching. Company goals place equal importance on its passenger and cargo services, and it works in cooperation with affiliated carriers to maximize mutual efficiencies and effectively compete on a global scale. Its worldwide hub of operations at Taoyuan International Airport in Taiwan has proven to be both successful and strategic.
I acquired practical knowledge on how to be a team work, problem solving, how to manage time and how to handle the anger of passenger. This report describe the processes of work during internship period, that related to the curriculum to apply all of the knowledge that gained from classroom. Touching the real work is the most necessary objective of internship.
