1. To build and Initiate sourcing pools of hi potential candidates via a variety of effective channels such as Job Website, Recruiting Agencies, Social networks, Referral Program, University connection and etc.
2. To screen candidate’s profiles and conduct first screening interview. Prepare short-listed candidates for proposing line manager which ensure that candidate’s qualifications and working style match Yum! culture.
3. To partner up with Line Manager by providing consultation on selecting the right candidates and suggesting the selection method.
4. To give suggestion on candidate’s C&B to C&B team, match candidate’s qualification with job requirements. To prepare salary proposal and gather document support (payslip, bank statement) from successful candidates.
5. To propose, negotiate salary packages and provide information on company benefit for successful candidate.
Hiring:
1. To coordinate with contracted hospitals on sending new employee for pre employment check up and follow up the check up result.
2. To response for new employee contract signing process.
3. To record new employee’s information on HRIS system and ensure the data is recorded correctly.
4. To prepare employee’s profile and ensure the required documents are in place correctly.
Others:
1. To monitor temporary staffs on preparing new contract, renewing existing contract, reviewing performance and adjusting salary.
2. To ensure that new employee is on the right track by monitoring and Following up probation evaluation result from line manager.
3. To support recruitment project as assigned
