Subject: The payment of new rate of public facilities and public services
Referring to the debit note NO.CO5901078 date 1 January 2016.
Despite numerous attempts, I have never received any clarification from the developer explaining the reasons why I am being charged increased common fees. There is no transparency of the monthly accounting and financial reports as the residents, including myself, have requested.
Moreover, the developer mentioned in the first annual meeting held in February 2014 that details of the accounts and monthly accounting would be presented to the residents, however this never occurred and our questions remain unanswered. Despite this, you continue to threaten to cancel my access to the public utilities and services.
I am willing to pay common fees if I can freely access all of the details of income and expense monthly and yearly to understand the figure and reason of increasing common fees.
Therefore, please provide me with access to the evidence and information as mentioned above so that I can consider before arrange the payment.
Furthermore, I am not the owner of land plot no.L144. I have been paying common fees since the beginning continuously but I will not pay your new rate until the dispute has been resolved.
I wish that you understand and proceed accordingly.
You’re sincerely,
Timothy John Beaumont
