Apologies for my delay. Here is a brief wrap-up of our conference call last week, including follow-up actions:
Request for EN ISO 13485 certificate to include our contract manufacturers. Could not be accommodated, as each contractor uses their own registrar / notified body. NSAI is only responsible for certifying Critical Diagnostics quality management system.
Request for updating the invoice to reflect what Veerachai provided in handwritten form. Our head of finance returned to the office yesterday and has stated that creating a new template in QuickBooks is possible, but will take a couple of weeks. In the meantime, I drafted a Word version of what it will look like for you to use for registration. Bear in mind, it may change slightly from a formatting perspective, but she agreed that we can populate this and every future Xovic (ASPECT Plus) invoice to look this way. I’ve attempted to align Veerachai’s request with what is required from our finance department, as well as what is listed on the CFGs. See attached invoice, and let me know if we need to make further changes.
Finally, I mentioned on the call that our Critical Diagnostics Limited address has moved. We will be supplying the updated ISO cert and labeling as soon as we are ready to make the changeover to the new address (most likely at the end of this month). Veerachai requested that we move forward with the invoice and deal with the address change at a later date. Please let me knno what documentation will be required to make that change effective.
