1. Inventory adjustment request. It is for…
a. Inventory write-off due to damage
b. Inventory obsoleted (expired)
c. Stock adjustment (for example recently one, when the item has been written-off incorrectly, the item must be entry back to the system)
2. Item Amendment form. It is for…
a. Correction a lot no.
b. Correction a new entry date
c. Correction an expiration date
On this incident, the lot no. is incorrect. Therefore, it requires an Item Amendment form for the correction the lot no. in the system.
