CTC shall rectify all Errors relating to Software by either providing Merck with a suitable Patch, Update/Upgrade, or in case that a permanent correction of the Error is (i) not possible or (ii) not possible within the respective Error Correction Time with a Workaround. However, a Workaround shall be replaced as soon as possible and if technically possible by an adequate Patch, Update/Upgrade. In addition CTC shall provide Merck also with revisions of the existing Documentation developed or necessary to reflect the correction of such Error as fast as possible but not later than ten (10) Business Days after the respective Error has been corrected.
