Ensure H&S policy is implemented consistently across Boots Thailand.
•Monitor, evaluate and review H&S policy and practices, make recommendations and implement new policies and procedures as required.
•Assist in identification of H&S training needs for employees. Develop and deliver those trainings are required including new hires orientation.
•Advise senior management team on the implication of current and emerging H&S and welfare legislation, including evaluating options, making recommendations, and generating action plans to ensure compliance across the Company.
•Assist Managers in implementing H&S system and procedures to meet specific requirements
•Support Managers to maintain safe systems and day-to-day activities, providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support.
•To carry out routine checks or audit to evaluate effectiveness of H&S system and procedures. Identify and implement improvements.
•To investigate or assist others to investigate the situation and causes of any accidents and take steps to prevent recurrence.
•Take action to evaluate and mitigate the impact and likelihood of any H&S risks
•Monitor and evaluate the services provided by 3rd party or contractors to ensure that they responds to Boots H&S requirements
•Handle regular H&S related reports, maintaining any H&S related reports and files for local H&S authorities review and presentation to the senior management team.
•Facilitating on-going communications relating to H&S issues, ensure safety meetings are held on regular schedule.
•Work with Loss Prevention team and IT team in developing, updating and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan to ensure that employees’ health and safety are included in any disaster recovery plan and actions.
