According to the organization structure, there is only one Chief Executive Officer and she need to take responsibility for the overall success of the company. She needs to set strategies and direction of the company and modeling company’s structure as well as allocating capital to the company priorities. Next, the president is an employee who is the lead of a business. He normally designates the leader of portions or divisions of the organizations. He is expected to provide the overall performance of the company and provide direction for the actions of all other employees. Besides, he needs to guide and evaluate the work of other executive leaders in each division. For the manager in each division, they need to ensure that all employees are doing their job correctly, thoroughly and on time and try to succeed goals. Production staffs are professionals who work on production line in manufacturing environment and ensure that all products must meet the quality standard while, inventory staffs need to keep track of stock movement and check the shipment before sending to customers.
