Job Descriptions :-
Responsible for planning the store display for the year
Creating Visual plans and buying the appropriate,props,equipment and signage
Demonstrate expertise in merchandising presentation as well the needs, want and expectations of the customer
Teach and implement merchandise presentation standards to the visual merchandising team and in store team
Partner with department managers and divisional retail merchandiser to develop store merchants with the ability to drive results
Deciding how to use space and lighting creatively
Develop insight regarding competitors ‘offering and merchandise presentation
Communicate store feedback to corporate visual merchandising team ,as appropriate
To manage ,work assignment and monitoring visual merchandiser team
Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree or higher Age 28 – 35 Year old
Possess Visual Merchandising or Display experience with proven ability to visually express the brand identity of a company in a fast-paced environment, preferably from Retail business
Passion and knowledge of interior design, retail and communications
Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics
Ability to demonstrate the brand identity in a large space, using the architectural elements of the build to create an aesthetically pleasing environment and support the visual identity.
Ability in planning, implementing the range and sharing/learning knowledge
Ability to priorities/organize tasks both internal & external source in order to make the most efficient use of time available
Ability to engage the receiver and create a passion for your goal.
Good analytical, self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build working relationship
Have technical drawing skills and for some jobs be able to use computer –sided design packages
