I'm sorry to hear about your troubles but I find your service unacceptable. This order was put in and charged over a month ago. I was informed that the item would be produced around April 21. I have been away over the last 2 weeks and expected to see the labels ready and waiting for me as I need them for a project due to be completed this week. My project is now incomplete and delayed. I should have been informed that there would be a delay and provided the option of a full refund for non-delivery. I would have made alternative arrangements had I known that the labels would not arrive in time.
