with only meat and fish transport vehicles included
in the Food Hygiene Regulations. While many
operators provide safe and suitable transport for
food, there are anecdotal reports of frozen or
refrigerated foods being carried at ambient
temperatures for several hours, or of food and
chemicals being loaded together.
Asia $ more attention will be given to the management
of food storage, transportation and distribution
and the extent of cold-chain setting for meat
products.
