Since Dynatech International is managing the program, whenever Dynatech receives unserviceable part from TAI and assuming it is qty 10, Dynatech will decide to send out qty 4 for repair and will hold the qty 4 serviceable parts after repaired at Dynatech's warehouse.
Dynatech will ship out the "Due Out" qty once the status is reflected in the website. If the Due Out qty exceeds the no of serviceable qty for example 6 which Dynatech had repaired, penalty will kick in once Dynatech fails to ship the balance qty 2 parts out iaw the lead time specified in the agreement.
