All of the new buildings were sited out of the flood
plain and positioned to with the topography. To
create a sense on unity throughout the park, all park
buildings should be corrugated sheet metal buildings,
constructed or painted in the same wall color. Light
cream is recommended. The building's roof and trim
should be the same color and of the same design
(pitch, and pattern of sheet metal). Royal blue would
work well. The objective of the color selection is
choosing a color that complements rather that clashes
with the site's intense red soil and the color of the
vegetation in all seasons, such as red, brown, and
golden yellow in fall and winter; and greens in spring
and summer.
