I BELIEVE THAT THE WEIGHT FOR THE RIB YOU USE FOR CONSUMPTION SHOULD BE 280 GSM AT THE WIDTH 40". BUT IN REALITY, JUST THE WEIGHT ALONE IS ALREADY IN EXCESS OF 6 TO 9 PERCENT. IF YOU GIVE 5 GRAM ALLOWNACE, YOU WILL SHORT BY ABOUT 4.5 TO 7.5 PERCENT. THIS CALCUlATION EXCLUDES THE INCREASE IN FABRIC CONSUMPTION BASE ON 39" AND NOT 40". THE INCREASE IN FABRIC CONSUMPTION BASE ON DIFFERENT FABRIC WIDTH IS AT ABOUT ANOTHER 5% (SEE ATTACHMENT). THEREFORE YOUR TOTAL SHORT SHIP SHOULD BE ABOUT 9.5 TO 12.5% AFTER TAKING YOUR 5 GRAMS ALLOWANCE INTO CONSIDERATION.
K. POO, IS THE FABRIC FROM KAHATEX? IF IT IS, IT REALLY REINFORCE ON WHAT I AM SAYING IN THE OTHER MAIL
I HAVE ONE VERY STUPID QUESTION. SINCE THE QTY IS NOT BIG AND IT IS EASY TO CHECK, DID ANYONE FROM KAHATEX INFORM YOU THAT THE FABRIC WILL BE HEAVIER AND THE FABRIC WIDTH WILL BE SHORT? BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO BE REACTIVE IN THIS CASE BY ORDERING THE FABRIC MORE RATHER THAN WAIT FOR ME TO CUT AND REALIZE THAT IT IS SHORT. IT WILL BE TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING AT THIS TIME SINCE THE FABRIC IS AIRED HERE IF I AM NOT WRONG AND I MYSELF HAVE TO RUSH THIS ORDER SINCE IT IS ALREADY SHORT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
