First of all, I would like to send this email purposely to make sure that you might help to me forward it to the right person in Thailand in order to improve Lazada’s Customer’s Engagement and Service. And, if you would help me, I, as a customer who have been purchasing many items from Ladaza, would be very appreciated and thank you for this kind assistance.
I am going to make this story short, my Order Number is 386524552, a Pair of shoes, which is very clear that the approximately delivered date is on Jan 14th -16th, 2016.
Since my order date, I have got zero contact back from Lazada, no info date.
Yesterday (14/01/2016), I called for the status, the call-agent informed me as following:
- Order is now at Post Office as the packaged delivered to my address before but no one was here to pick up, but he will help by working on internal process and contact me back within the day; 14/01/2016)
Today (15/01/2016), I called and repeated allover detail, outcome was no process.
- I asked to speak with Lazada’s Superior/ Manager, but there is no his superior/ Manger around.
- I decided to visit Post Office myself, and found out as following
• The package arrived since Dec 24, 2015
• It never deliver to my address as I was told
• The package is applied to tax with amount of 782 THB
- After that, I made another call and spoke with another agent, but there was no previous data-or record of my order- progress, so I went allover all detail with her again, same story, but in that time I was at the post office, as I required, again, to speak with Lazada’s Superior/ Manager, but no one is there, she said. She promised me to pass on my Phone Number and someone will contact me back within the day; 15/01/2016. So far, I have received Zero call from Lazada and no Solution/ explanation provided.
We all are doing business (I am a sales person, too) and trying to deliver not only the product/ service but also to remain the good relationship for future repeated purchase.
This situation & engagement is so unprofessional and the team in Thailand has got no idea what they are doing. I am very disappointed. The call agents lied/ mis-promised to me every single conversation. I have got all evidences; call- logs, status printed by Post office which proved that Lazada never acknowledged about the order’s status, no action/ returned call/ email from Lazada after I notified the problem. I really hope that my case is going to address so many action items and current performance of the weak service with “I don’t care what customer thinks”.
I dislike to complain and waste my time on this kind of basic ecommerce. Therefore, this is a valuable feedback that I wish to see the change.
Pls kindly let me know if my message as customer’s voice will be forwarded/ shared with the right and responsible persons ASAP.
