- Would you suggest that Biolab should have the Cooling Plate for reduce the raw water 01 and Cooling water 06 temperature before exhaust to environment?
o Raw water 01 is used to fill the water tank for the vacuum pump LRVP 10301. You should supply it at a temperature below 20 or 25ºC. Overflow from the tank will go to the drain at a temperature below 60ºC.
o Cooling water 06 is returned to your cooling tower system. We expect that you recirculate this water in your cooling system.
- The water from the chamber, normally it’s should inlet to heat exchanger anyway from your P&ID it’s inlet to the pump 10301LRVP, should you confirm that the efficiency of the pump able to support this?
o As the vacuum pump is fed with cold water through the water saving system, it is able to operate without a heat exchanger at the chamber vacuum line. If the cooling water 05 is supplied at temperatures above 20ºC, the vacuum pump may lose some efficiency on certain cycle phases.
