Results and Discussion
Analysis of survey, field visits, and informal discussions with Indian managers clearly exhibits a pattern that all concerned people in industries (from top management to bottom rung operator) want a positive change in current management practices. It has been perceived already that current practices are not productive enough to compete in the industrial market.
