Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Ensure the recruitment standards are maintained at the highest practicable level and that recruitment processes are professional and vigorous.
Perform first screen candidate profiles and conduct interview activities, identify short list candidates to ensure recruitment effectiveness, includes recruitment activities (Career Expo, Job Fair, Campus Recruitment, Walk-in Interview and other activities) in accordance with the approved budget and develop the tests and analyze recruitment's data for management.
Analyze and search for the source of manpower supply with the right competencies.
Qualifications
Male / Female Age between 25 - 30 years.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field with 3 years' experience of recruitment and selection
Able to communicate well with all levels of organization and able to confront and challenge resistance & issues, excellent interpersonal skill
Excellent command of spoken and written English with computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint)
