I would like to request support on replace the HDD on ACP-2010MB-00XBE, S/N KMA1981646 and S/N KMA1993753. Is that possible to have your technician with the spare HDD go to Wing 4 with us to fic this issue at customer location since the computer that we already delivered to customer and it will take time to process it out from the base due to we need to have the very high rank of officer to sign in order to take out for repair. It will have turnaround time for repair is too long, the customer is not be able to use it at this time and they have the schedule to use it also. It would be nice , if we can replace the new HDD at the base of the customer. Can you help us to corporate with this activity?
