Kindly get the instruction from your GM to proceed Year End Evaluation according.
Remarks : For new staff who start working since November 1, 2014 doesn’t need to do MBO.
This year, instead of capability appraisal, the Development Dialog sheet will be introduced and handed to you.
The purpose of this sheet is to support the discuss between you and evaluators about the strong point and weak point on your competency.
Besides, it is important to fill the gap of understanding on your competency between you and your evaluator.
This discussion make you and evaluators communicate more for your future development.
All staff will need to do the Development Dialog sheet, excluding staff who joined since January 1, 2015, Specialist, Contract staff
