* 500g chicken thigh meat (I use the leg or wing it).
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
* 1 tablespoon honey
1 Mix all ingredients with the chicken. In the refrigerator and marinate for at least 2 hours (if you have time, marinate for 6 hours to marinate the chicken's taste even better).
2 After fermentation is complete Remove chicken grilled on charcoal. (Medium heat) grill takes about half an hour, or until chicken is cooked over the grill, use a chicken broth made periodically to the skin too dry. Chicken and back Well done to all (Chicken and prevent burning)
