The Program (2 hours): The program starts with a passive introduction to each other and a brief description of the events ahead. The group will engage in a 60 minute introduction to Yoga, 60 minute introduction to Meditation, a trip to the local temple to make an offering to the Buddhist monks concluded with a 1 hour seminar: “Evolve”. Evolve offers practical 12 fold plans to establishing more balance in your life. Participants receive printed information on each practice helping them develop these skills when they return home
