Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing today with regards to my recent stay at your hotel. My stay included excellent service, for which I thank you, but I do have one major complaint: the hotel was infested with bed bugs. This sanitation issue was not obvious to me when I checked in, as these bugs are not easily visible to the naked eye. However, when I woke up in the morning covered in bites, I realized that the room was overflowing with these tiny bugs. I immediately showed the manager on duty where I had bites on my arms and legs, but since I could not find any actual bugs in the room, he would not offer me any kind of refund or the price of washing my clothing. In fact, he essentially accused me of lying. I have confirmed with a doctor that what I experienced were bug bites, not an allergic reaction. I have documented the bites I received in photographs as well. The file with the doctor statement , laundry service invoice and your hotel invoice is attached to this email. My business often sends me to your location, and we always stay at your hotel , but this will change unless you can remedy this situation. I would also appreciate reimbursement for the laundry service I was forced to use to clean the insects out of my clothes. Please contact me at your earliest convenience by email. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
James
