Songkran marks the new year of Thailand. In Thailand to celebrate Songkran, people go to the temple, on the streets people spray water on each other. This day lasts from the 13th of April to the 15th of April. During the Songkran our school had a break for 1 week, for the 1 week break I went to Malaysia.
To stay healthy I was barely on any electronics, because usually I would be on my phone all day long texting or playing games on my dad’s Ipad.
To stay active, I went over to my baby cousin’s house and we went to the park and ran around. The monkey bars were hard work as they could swing and was really slippery, so that gave me a little workout for my arms.
To have a balance life over the break, I spended a lot of time with my cousins, and my grandparents from my dad side. I also went over to Melaka which is about a one and a half our drive to a two hour drive to visit my grandma. My grandma actually was diagnosed woth dimentia last winter and she fell 3 times. Once she fell at my house in malaysia and she had to go get stiches. She is a lot better now and she seems to have a better mood then the last time we aaw her also she is more idependent on doing things by herself
