Under light microscope observation for 21 consecutive days, single cells, tetra cells surrounded by transparent sheath and truncated transparent sheath can be observed. Moreover, the cells showed the average diameter of 6.74±0.92 μm (Means ± S.D., n =3). Figure 3.2A shows the morphology of selected isolate observed under a light microscope.
